What if someone submits a false report and my organization is a #NotMe Subscriber?

A false report, as defined by #NotMe, is a report submitted with malice and intent to spread false rumors or things that, at the time of submission, were known by the reporter to be untrue.

Knowingly making false accusations could undermine the safety of all and have consequences for the person making false reports. The results of our investigations may be shared with the false reporter's organization and other relevant federal, state, and local authorities.
