In order to use the #NotMe App (the “App”) the following personal data must be processed:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Organization (if yours is a subscriber);
- Telephone number;
- IP address;
- Metadata, such as the number of clicks and navigation around the app
Reporters (people using the App to submit a report) must set up an account on the App in order to use it. They can however decide to submit a report anonymously so their personal data is not available to their employer when they submit reports anonymously. Use of the App on an anonymous basis is therefore possible. The App allows two way communication with an anonymous Reporter through the #NotMe secured messaging system.
