Once you download the app, we will ask only for your name, email and phone number. These are required for authentication to ensure each user only has one account.
Please note that information is not shared with anyone (including third parties). If you decide to report anonymously to the organization (by clicking on the “Report Anonymously” button of the App) they will only know your report by a randomly assigned number/code.
